  • Home greeting: there is an extra cost of 25€ for check-in at the property.
  • Check-out is at 11 AM.
  • Late check-out:
    • From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 75€.
    • After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 07 days

  • Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

 Fully refundable 30 days

  • Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.

  • Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
  • This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
  • Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. (On request from 9PM on)
  • We charge 10€ extra for a baby crib and high chair per day.
  • We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.
  • Pets are allowed for a fee of 10€/day up to 10kg.
  • Parking is available at 10€/day
  • Final cleaning is included in the quotation.
  • Guests can cancel free of charge until 07 days before arrival.
  • There will be no refund offered if the reservation is cancelled within 07 days before the intended arrival.
