Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.

The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €1.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
