Outdoors is where the property comes into its own. A large private turquoise pool anchors the garden, wrapped in wide sunny terraces and mature Mediterranean greenery, with palms that give the grounds a relaxed, tropical feel. There’s room to chase the sun or retreat into the shade, a gas BBQ and a full outdoor dining table for long lunches and slow evenings, and soft lighting after dark that turns the water and the planting into something quietly magical.
Step inside and the first thing you notice is the light. Brand-new and built to a genuinely high standard, the house opens up into double-height living spaces where floor-to-ceiling glass pulls the garden indoors. The living and dining area runs straight through to a fully fitted kitchen, with a separate, more intimate TV snug just off to the side and the whole ground floor slides open onto the terraces and pool, so indoors and out become one.
Villa The Address sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and six bathrooms (plus two guest WCs). The main suite comes with its own bathroom and a private terrace looking out over the golf valley and the mountains, while the remaining bedrooms are spread across the floors to give everyone their own space. Downstairs is the fun floor: a proper games room with a home-cinema lounge and bar, plus a fully kitted-out private gym equally at home hosting a big family or a group of friends.
A full alarm system runs throughout the home, so privacy and security are never an afterthought.
Fast fibre Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) keeps everyone connected for work or streaming, and pets (10kgs maximum) are genuinely welcome here making this an easy choice for guests who’d rather not leave their four-legged companions behind.
The property is managed by Vacation Marbella, with professional housekeeping and a dedicated concierge on hand for everything from private chefs and golf green fees to yacht charters.

Outside, a large private turquoise pool is framed by sunny terraces and a lush, palm-filled garden, with a gas BBQ grill for alfresco dining. The property is equipped with a comprehensive alarm system and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi (300 Mbps), and warmly welcomes pets.

- Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1 p.m: 150€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

Cancellation Policy
- We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
- This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
- Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
Damage Costs & Fees
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 125€
- Smoke fee in the property: € 500
- The guest must respect the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €2.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
