Cancellation Policy

  • We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
  • Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
  • This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
  • Fully refundable 07 days
    • Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
    • There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
  • Fully refundable 30 days
    • Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
    • There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.

Damage Costs & Fees

  • Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150
  • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
  • Damage to keys set: € 50
  • Smoke in the property: € 300.00
  • The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €1.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
