Villa Marblanc sleeps up to 8 guests in blissful comfort, its four beautifully appointed bedrooms offering a private retreat for everyone under one roof — the principal suite indulging in its own en suite escape. Four bathrooms and a separate guest toilet mean mornings never feel rushed, however full the house. Descend to the lower level and discover a sanctuary all its own: an indulgent infrared sauna to melt the day away, a small private gym for those who never miss a workout, and a dedicated home office for the days when paradise and productivity need to coexist.
A comprehensive alarm system runs throughout the villa, layered on top of El Presidente’s round-the-clock security, so peace of mind is never in question.
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) keeps everyone connected for work or streaming, though this villa doesn’t accept pets.
Villa Marblanc is managed by Vacation Marbella, whose team provides professional housekeeping and a full concierge service — whether that’s arranging a private chef, booking golf tee times or chartering a yacht for the day, it’s all taken care of.

Set on a 575m² plot with 276m² of built space, Villa Marblanc offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest WC, sleeping up to eight. The heart of the home is an open-plan living and dining room flowing into a fully fitted kitchen.
The lower level holds an infrared sauna, private gym and dedicated home office, while outside a private pool sits within its own garden, with a covered porch, alfresco dining table and gas BBQ. El Presidente’s beach, restaurants and communal pools are just steps away, with Puerto Banús and Marbella’s golf courses 10 minutes by car. Late check-out:
- Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1 p.m: 125€ extra.
- Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

Cancellation Policy
- We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
- This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Fully refundable 07 days
- Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.
- Fully refundable 30 days
- Those bookings of 28 nights or longer. Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment.
- There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
Damage Costs & Fees
- Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
- Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.
- Damage to keys set: € 125€
- Smoke fee in the property: € 500
- The guest must respect the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €2.000 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
